How many pets can I have in a portrait?

A.

I only create one or two subject portraits. The reason for this is that if you add more than two, the portrait faces get small and unreadable, and cluttered.

Can I get a digital print?

I am sorry I do not give out digital prints for reprint purposes. These designs are copyrighted and are not reproduced except by reorders through the Snooty Pups company. If you are a retail store, please contact me at [email protected].

Will I see a proof?

A.

Yes, you will receive a proof before it goes to print. The order includes only one outfit style. If you choose to use another one after the proof is sent and an additional artist fee of $50 will incur.

Outfits are as is – Changes and add on’s are an extra fee.


The Snooty Pups reserve the right to use a photo of your piece in my advertising, but I will not use any identifying information.

How Do I Get A Image To You?

Once you have followed those specifications, attach the image with your order.
I will let you know which one is best for the style you picked email.

The Art

As an artist, I want the portrait to look as real as possible. I need an image based on the image specifications. Then I add color, shading, texture, custom brushes, and styles to create an image that looks like a canvas oil painting. This is one a kind piece of art made just for you.

Materials

I have picked the best paper, poster & canvas for you. But if you are not happy… I will try to make it right. This is my promise. PLEASE let me know ASAP.

Returns & Exchanges

You don’t take returns, and I am worried I won’t like the product.

I understand. Because these are custom-designed products, it is hard to have a return policy. I have put safeguards in place to make sure you are happy.

  1. We both agree on the image I use.
  2. I will send you a proof of the portrait. We can tweak it as needed.
  3. I have listened to my customers on what they like and don’t like about the print products and have picked the best quality canvas, paper, and posters.

You are involved in the process from A to B. So you know exactly what you will get before you get it.

I will answer all questions between business hours.
If it is the Holiday, I will answer your questions the business day after the holiday.

Do I get to see other outfits with my pet proof?

A.

No. The order includes only one outfit style. If you choose to use another outfit or image after the proof is sent, an additional artist fee of $50 will incur.

What if I change my mind on which dog picture after I get the proof?

A.

If you want to change the pet picture after you get your proof.
I am more than willing to do that. I will need to charge you a $50 artist fee as it takes quite a bit of time to create another one-of-a-kind piece.

What if I decide to change the outfit after I’ve seen a proof?

A.

After seeing your proof and you’ve decided that you saw another outfit that you would like. I am more than willing to change out the outfit. A $50 artist fee will incur. Because it takes quite a bit of time to make these one-of-a-kind art pieces.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept cancellations. If I have not started the portrait or sent you a proof I can cancel the order. I do start the portraits the day you order or the Monday following the weekend.

I don’t accept returns or exchanges. You will be able to approve the proof before printing. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

-PRINT PRODUCTION varies based on materials:
Canvas Production: 5-9 Business Days
Giclee Prints: 3-4 Business Days
Posters: 3-4 Business Days

-SHIPPING TIME:
Canvas: 5-8 Business Days
Giclee Prints: 3-4 Business Days
Posters: 3-4 Business Days

In General:
Prints and Posters get there quicker.
Canvas takes longer because the production time takes longer.
Expect three extra days to frame a canvas.
